Metropolitan College Signs MoU with Starway Professional Educare to Create a Work and Learn Pathway

MoU signing between Metropolitan College and Starway Professional Educare

A New Collaboration, A New Pathway for Our Students.

On 30 September 2026, Metropolitan College officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Starway Professional Educare, marking the beginning of an exciting collaboration focused on education, employment, and student development.

The MoU was signed by Mr Adrian Jerome Joseph, CEO of Metropolitan College, and Mr Terrence Yeang Say Liang, Managing Director of Starway Educare.

Through this collaboration, selected students pursuing the Diploma in Early Childhood Education with Metropolitan College will have the opportunity to study while gaining real working experience within the Starway network.

The collaboration also introduces a sponsorship arrangement, providing eligible students with greater access to education while allowing them to begin building their career and industry experience from the start.

Instead of waiting until graduation to enter the workforce, students under this pathway will be able to work, learn and gain valuable experience in the early childhood education industry while completing their diploma online with Metropolitan College.

Study. Work. Gain Experience. Build Your Future.

This is only the beginning.

Details on the sponsorship, student intake and this exciting Work & Learn pathway are now available on our Starway DECE Sponsorship page.

Stay tuned as Metropolitan College x Starway Professional Educare bring together education and real-world experience to create a stronger pathway for future early childhood educators.
