Metropolitan College recently conducted a courtesy academic visit to the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) at Bukit Aman, Kuala Lumpur. The visit was received by YDP Datuk Mohd Marzhuki Bin Mohd Mokhtar, Penolong Pengarah Bahagian Latihan, along with members of his team.
The purpose of the visit was to introduce Metropolitan College’s Open and Distance Learning (ODL) diploma programmes to PDRM, with particular emphasis on the Diploma in Law Enforcement & Diploma in Public Administration, a programme designed to support the professional development of personnel within the law enforcement sector.

During the session, the College presented its flexible, fully online learning model, which allows students to pursue recognised qualifications without disrupting their professional commitments.The programmes are recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and approved by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), ensuring the highest standards of academic credibility.
The visit was well-received, with PDRM representatives acknowledging the relevance and accessibility of the programmes. Metropolitan College looks forward to continued engagement with PDRM and remains committed to making quality higher education accessible to Malaysia’s law enforcement community.
